For the past month I’ve been teaching Christmas Baking Classes for kids in my local community. We’ve been having so much fun whipping up some sweet creations! This December has been so busy that I haven’t had any time to bake at home! Today is the kids last day at school until the new year and I have big plans of baking with them all next week. I hit Pinterest for a little bit of baking inspiration, and decided to share with you my favorite cookie recipes! These would be perfect for Christmas cookie exchanges, to give as handmade gifts, or just to enjoy for your family!

I’ve included cookies, barks and biscotti– all of which look so good I’m sitting here drooling at my computer. I hope you all enjoy these recipes and have yourself a very happy holiday season!
