@comcast AWFUL business and customer service when you don’t show up for scheduled appointments when customers are waiting during appointment timeframe, and have no resolution but for customers to continue waiting! We need our service to work! Reporting this to BBB.

Update, I called @xfinity and could not talk to an actual human until I tried to cancel (then they called me right away). Upon hearing my problem that I calmly explained, I asked “what can you do to keep me” and they literally HUNG UP! Worst. Service. Ever.

@SerenaTalksTech It happened intermittently, and all devices including wired. And the signal will drop strength affecting zoom calls and such but be right back. After looking at a ping plotter, it would say I'm having 99% packet loss at comcast nodes. Once I switched to an xfinity modem, no loss

@Xfinity agents have gotten better tho, I think they up there hiring requirements. I been with them for a few years and haven’t went a least 60 days without some issue! We stay on the phone with @xfinityhome and we are still having issue viewing are cameras 2 years of this!
