So it turns out my inability to upload a video to twitter is actually because our internet is giving us less than a megabit of upload speed. Which is like, a tenth of a megabyte per second. Xfinity sucks ***.

@Xfinity Dealing with your customer support team would be more time consuming than waiting 5 or 6 minutes for this daily intermittent issue to resolve itself. Your network is obviously experiencing congestion. I see no point in calling it in.

@Xfinity has a monopoly in my area so I have no other choice - hours and hours on phone with your disgusting phone trees which have basically made it impossible to get to a human being - and you customer service people agree your service is terrible

@WFSBWendell Would have been nice to see the whole game but Comcast had a huge cable outage of over 2,500 customers in my area last night just after 10:00pm right in the middle of the game.Cable didn't come back up for 1 3/4 hrs. & by that time, the game was over.Comcast really sucks!

@BrrFlu @comcast Well I had a scheduled payment and @comcast promised me it was cancled and I paid what I need to in order to keep my service. They still took the payment and crashed my bank account

We tried Roku in the BR, never bothered to put in passwords for subs, unplugged it and put the XFinity back in to get whatever program we were looking for. I finally unplugged the thing and turned the equipment in, so we were forced to use it. Now saving $5 a month. 🥳
